Facilitator Training for Professional Business Advisors
Facilitation is the process of helping groups understand their common objectives, discover solutions, and assist them to plan how to achieve their goals. With more than 30,000 hours of small and large group facilitation experience—I provide a proven model of facilitation, with a deep understanding of second stage entrepreneurs, in order to provide insight and techniques for those who strive to become an Exceptional Facilitator.
Specific areas of concentration are Process Facilitation Principles, the Scientific Model for Decision Making, The SCARF Model, Conflict Management, Barriers to Change, and Facilitator Mental Fitness
This is a one to one coaching engagement yet can be flexed to small groups of business advisors. Above all, a facilitator works to bring out the best of the group and to help them be more effective.Utilizing the Process Consultation Model, the learning modules will enhance the helping relationship between the consultant and client.
